Okay, maybe it’s not Shakespeare, but there is a certain wisdom in this quote, especially in August.

Our friends at East Hampton Oyster Company are inviting a select group of PARC members on a first-come, first-served basis to join us in East Hampton on the evening of Friday, August 12th.

Only those who RSVP will be able to attend, and we ask you to please check your schedule before RSVP’ing, so that you do not take a spot that someone else would enjoy.

The event is complimentary, and attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from East Hampton. There will be oysters, champagne and cocktails, and the President of East Hampton Oyster Company, John Nicholas, will personally be opening oysters using his company’s innovative, patented oyster-opening devices.
